Job Title: HR Experience Required: 1 Year Work Type: Work from Office (6 Days a Week) Location: Medchal Industrial Area, Hyderabad Company: Mars Talent Rise CTC: ₹2.5 – ₹3.0 LPA Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR with a pharma background to join our team at Mars Talent Rise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring smooth HR processes at our client site, and supporting employee engagement and compliance activities. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment process for pharma roles (screening, interviews, onboarding). Manage employee life cycle – joining, confirmation, appraisals, and exits. Maintain HR documentation including employee records, contracts, and compliance documents. Address employee grievances and ensure a healthy work environment. Coordinate with departments for attendance, payroll input, and leave management. Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements (ESI, PF, etc.). Support training & development activities. Generate regular HR MIS reports and maintain HR dashboards. Act as a bridge between management and employees for smooth communication. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field. 1-2 years of relevant HR experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Strong understanding of HR functions and statutory compliance. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
