The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, conducting timely follow-ups, and converting leads for our Social Media Marketing, Photography, and Video Production services. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: · Make outbound calls to potential leads to present our services. · Conduct follow-ups via phone, email, or messaging platforms to nurture leads. · Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions for social media marketing, photography, and videos. · Maintain and update the sales database/CRM with lead details and follow-up status. · Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. · Coordinate with the creative and marketing team for project execution. Requirements: · Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales/telecalling. · Strong communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu. · Knowledge of digital marketing and creative services. · Ability to handle client queries and objections effectively. · Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
