Job Description

Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to join our customer engagement team. The primary responsibility will be to proactively reach out to potential customers, introduce our range of premium beauty and wellness products, and drive sales. Candidates with prior experience in selling beauty, wellness, or consumer health products are highly preferred, but we welcome talented individuals from any BPO or sales background who possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calling: Conduct a high volume of outbound calls daily to potential and existing customers from provided lead lists. Product Presentation: Clearly and persuasively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our beauty and wellness products (e.g., skincare, supplements). Sales Conversion: Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets by converting leads into successful orders. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Accurately record all call details, customer interactions, and sales orders in the CRM software. Query Resolution: Address customer questions, concerns, and objections regarding products, pricing, and shipping with professionalism and accuracy. Feedback Loop: Collect and relay customer feedback to the sales and marketing teams to improve product offerings and strategies. Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers to maximize closing opportunities. Qualifications & SkillsExperience: 1+ years of experience in telecalling, outbound sales, inside sales, or a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment. Preferred Experience: Prior experience in selling beauty, skincare, wellness, consumer goods, or health supplements is a significant advantage. Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in [Specify Language(s) e.g., Hindi and English]. Must be able to speak clearly, confidently, and listen actively. Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills, persuasive ability, and customer-centric attitude. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and basic MS Office applications. Attitude: Highly energetic, resilient, and target-driven.
