Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Sales & Marketing Executive with 23 years of experience in industrial sectors such as steel, ferro alloys, or metals. The role involves supporting sales and marketing activities, managing client interactions, and assisting in implementing strategies to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies for industrial products.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitor activities, and pricing trends.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and order confirmations in coordination with internal teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and support efforts to acquire new customers.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for timely order execution.
• Maintain accurate records of sales leads, marketing activities, and customer interactions in CRM/ERP systems.
• Generate MIS reports and marketing performance summaries.

Key Requirements:

• MBA in Marketing or Graduate in Science/Engineering with relevant experience.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing within industrial/manufacturing sectors.
• Good understanding of industrial products and applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Willingness to travel for client visits and exhibitions.
