Maintain records of calls, leads, and feedback in CRM or spreadsheets. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams for smooth lead management. Meet daily and monthly targets related to calls, conversions, and follow-ups. Required Skills & Qualifications Required any bachelor degree or 12th Grade. Languages - Hindi & English (must) Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil (or local languages). Confidence in handling cold calls and engaging conversations. Strong listening skills and customer-oriented attitude. Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM tools. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Positive attitude and willingness to learn sales communication techniques. Good to Have Regional Languages like Telugu, Kanada, Malayalam + Hindi & English. Experience in telecalling , customer support , or sales coordination . Familiarity with CRM software or lead tracking tools . Background in marketing, sales, or client handling roles.
