Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and confident Female Sales & Marketing Executives to promote and sell real estate projects. The role involves interacting with clients, understanding their requirements, and presenting suitable property options. Candidates will handle lead generation, follow-ups, site visits, and negotiations to successfully close deals. You will work closely with the marketing and sales team to achieve monthly targets. This position offers fixed salary along with attractive performance-based incentives and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, site visits, and marketing activities
• Explain property details to clients and assist in decision-making
• Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing team
• Follow up with clients until deal closure

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred for this role. (Female only)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Interest in sales, marketing, and real estate
• Any graduate (12th pass candidates with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Freshers are welcome! Comprehensive training will be provided. Experienced & Fresher Sales executive, Real Estate Agents, Field Sales Agents, Marketing Promoter.
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
• Basic knowledge of sales/marketing is an advantage
• Candidates with prior experience in sales, marketing, retail, or customer service are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, self-motivated, and target driven.
• Pleasant personality with a strong desire to learn and earn.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month.
• Lucrative Incentive: Earn 0.05% to 1.00% of the deal value on every successful sale you close!
• Fixed Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
