Job Description Position Overview The Business Development Associate is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth initiatives. This role involves market research, lead generation, client outreach, proposal preparation, and coordination with internal teams to convert leads into business. Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Market Research Identify potential clients through research, networking, and digital platforms. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems. 2. Client Outreach & Relationship Management Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and follow-ups to generate interest. Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations with prospective clients. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. 3. Sales Support & Coordination Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for smooth onboarding of clients. Track and report progress on sales pipelines and weekly targets. 4. Business Strategy & Growth Initiatives Participate in planning strategies to meet business growth objectives. Suggest new approaches to improve lead conversion and market penetration. Provide actionable insights from client feedback and market analysis. Qualifications & SkillsEducational Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of sales processes and CRM tools. Ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and digital research tools. Goal-oriented and comfortable working with targets.
