Sales and Marketing Representative

Sales Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
• Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product/service demos for potential clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, and close sales deals to meet monthly targets.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Follow up consistently with prospects until conversion.
• Maintain a detailed database of leads, contacts, and daily sales activities.

Marketing Responsibilities

• Support the execution of digital and offline marketing campaigns.
• Promote company services through social media, WhatsApp promotions, email marketing, and tele-marketing.
• Create basic marketing materials such as posters, captions, reels, and promotional messages.
• Conduct market research to understand competitors, customer preferences, and buyer behavior.
• Participate in branding activities like events, seminars, promotions, and field marketing.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Reporting & Administrative Tasks

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Track campaign performance and share insights with management.
• Manage CRM entries and update lead status regularly.

Customer Relations

• Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt support.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address any feedback or concerns.
• Build long-term trust and positive relationships with clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
• Proven experience in sales or marketing preferred (freshers can also apply).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies and sales techniques.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing and MS Office tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
