Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily on-site construction activities and workforce Ensure adherence to project plans, drawings, and technical specifications Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors for timely execution Monitor material usage, equipment deployment, and site safety compliance Maintain daily progress reports, measurements, and documentation Identify on-site challenges and work with the team to resolve issues proactively Key Requirements: Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering 1–2 years of site supervision experience preferred (freshers may also apply) Proficiency in reading construction drawings and technical documentation Strong communication and site coordination skills Ability to work independently and handle field responsibilities What We Offer: Opportunity to work on structured, professionally managed construction projects Exposure to end-to-end project execution and quality standards
