Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to support and grow our business in the steel and ferro alloys sector. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and executing marketing strategies that align with our industrial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement marketing strategies for Ferro alloy products to achieve business objectives.

· Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

· Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while acquiring new clients across domestic and international markets.

· Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the production and finance teams.

· Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand and expand the business.

· Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

· Monitor customer feedback and market response to fine-tune marketing strategies.

· Maintain accurate records of sales leads, customer interactions, and business transactions in CRM tools.

· Generate periodic reports on marketing activities, sales performance, and customer engagement.

· Marketing and MIS report

· Domestic and Export data complilation

Key Requirements:

• MBA in Marketing or a related field from a reputed institution.
• 2-5 years of proven experience in marketing.
• Prior experience in ferro alloys is highly desirable.
• Strong exposure to international markets and handling overseas customers (direct or through partners).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP B1).
• Highly disciplined, organized, and process-driven with a commitment to SOP adherence and quality compliance.

Preferred Attributes:

• Knowledge of export marketing regulations, documentation, and logistics.
• Technical understanding of Ferro chrome, Ferro Alloys, steel grades, specifications, and end-use industries.
• Ability to analyze market data and present insights to management.
• Multilingual proficiency is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
