About the Role:


Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and approach potential clients such as

    real estate developers, commercial complexes, hotels, malls, fleet operators, petrol pump owners, and housing societies

    for EV charger installations.
  • Generate leads, conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, and close deals.
  • Develop and manage partnerships with

    EV OEMs, government agencies, and corporate clients

    .
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly

    sales and installation targets

    .
  • Conduct

    market research

    to understand regional EV adoption trends and competitor activities.

Marketing & Branding

  • Plan and execute

    marketing campaigns (digital, on-ground, and B2B)

    to promote EV charging services.
  • Develop

    marketing materials

    such as brochures, presentations, social media posts, and case studies.
  • Participate in

    industry events, expos, and trade fairs

    to increase brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with the creative and digital teams for content, lead generation, and customer engagement strategies.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure

    high customer satisfaction

  • Gather feedback from customers to improve service quality and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the

    operations team

    for timely installation and after-sales support.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Marketing, Business Administration, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

    , or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience

    in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in

    EV, renewable energy, automotive, or infrastructure sectors

    .
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in

    MS Office, CRM tools

    , and digital marketing basics.
  • Passionate about

    sustainability, electric mobility, and clean energy

    .
  • Ability to travel and meet clients across regions.
