Location: Mumbai/Ahmedabad About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Marketing & Sales Executive to promote and expand our EV charging station network . The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and executing marketing campaigns to accelerate adoption of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Identify and approach potential clients such as real estate developers, commercial complexes, hotels, malls, fleet operators, petrol pump owners, and housing societies for EV charger installations. Generate leads, conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, and close deals. Develop and manage partnerships with EV OEMs, government agencies, and corporate clients . Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and installation targets . Conduct market research to understand regional EV adoption trends and competitor activities. Marketing & Branding Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, on-ground, and B2B) to promote EV charging services. Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, social media posts, and case studies. Participate in industry events, expos, and trade fairs to increase brand visibility. Collaborate with the creative and digital teams for content, lead generation, and customer engagement strategies. Customer Relationship Management Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction . Gather feedback from customers to improve service quality and identify upselling opportunities. Coordinate with the operations team for timely installation and after-sales support. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering , or related field. 3–5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in EV, renewable energy, automotive, or infrastructure sectors . Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools , and digital marketing basics. Passionate about sustainability, electric mobility, and clean energy . Ability to travel and meet clients across regions. Compensation: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives and travel allowances.
