  2. Minimum 23 years of experience in marketing and sales within the agricultural or horticultural sector.

1. Role

The Marketing & Sales Executiveis responsible forpromoting, marketing, and selling the company's agricultural and horticultural products and services. The role involvesidentifyingpotential clients, developing strong relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the company's market growth. The executive serves as a key link between customers and the organization, ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.

2. Duties and Responsibilities

The roles and responsibilities are as follows:

Roles:

Promote and market the company's products and services to potential and existing clients.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.

Identifynew business opportunities and generate leads through client visits and networking.

Conduct site and farm visits to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.

Build andmaintainstrong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups for successful business conversions.

Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensuretimelyproduct delivery and after-sales support.

Collect and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor information.

Maintain detailed records of sales activities and prepare periodic reports for management.

Represent the company in trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and operational standards.

Responsibilities:

Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

Sound knowledge of agricultural and horticultural products and market practices.

Proficiencyin MS Office and reporting tools.

Commitment to customer satisfaction and organizational growth.
