Company: PlantsShip Location: Hyderabad Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Marketing Executive to promote our landscaping and maintenance services . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential projects, engaging with builders, architects, contractors, and property managers, and driving business growth through strategic marketing and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Promote landscaping and garden maintenance services to residential, commercial, and institutional clients. Identify and approach potential leads such as construction companies, real estate developers, architects, and gated communities. Conduct site visits, present company portfolio, and explain our offerings to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and proposals, ensuring timely closure of deals. Coordinate with the operations team to understand project timelines, budgets, and capabilities. Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events. Maintain and update a database of prospects, leads, and conversions. Provide weekly/monthly reports on marketing activities and lead status. Monitor competitors activities and suggest strategies to stay ahead in the market. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Horticulture, or related field. 13 years of experience in B2B or field marketing, preferably in landscaping, facility management, or real estate sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills and a professional attitude. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets. Familiarity with basic landscaping and plant maintenance terminology is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
