Role Overview :
We re looking for a proactive and energetic Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team at Snitch. In this role, you ll be responsible for scaling brand campaigns across both Snitch and SnitchX, our flagship loyalty program. You ll work at the intersection of creativity and execution driving online and offline outreach campaigns, managing internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring every initiative delivers real impact.
A big part of your role will also revolve around
community building
managing the Snitch Student Program
, growing the Snitch community, and finding innovative ways to keep our audience connected, engaged, and excited about what s next. You ll help turn our customers into advocates and our fans into loyal members of the Snitch tribe.
Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution:
Plan, manage, and execute brand campaigns (both online and offline) that drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty across Snitch & SnitchX. -
Community Management:
Build and nurture the Snitch community by engaging with customers, students, and brand enthusiasts through events, activations, and social initiatives. Develop programs and touchpoints that foster belonging and brand love. -
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly from concept to completion. -
Outreach & Partnerships:
Identify and build meaningful collaborations with influencers, creators, communities, and vendors to extend the brand s reach. -
Community Management:
Drive engagement through the Snitch Student Program and brand community initiatives, creating experiences that build advocacy and loyalty. -
Operational Excellence:
Streamline campaign processes, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure smooth coordination across all moving parts. -
Performance Tracking:
Measure campaign success through metrics like engagement, conversions, and ROI, and share actionable insights for future improvements. -
Trendspotting:
Stay updated with cultural moments, social trends, and emerging marketing channels to keep Snitch at the forefront of youth culture.
Qualifications
- 1-2 yrs of experience in brand marketing, campaign management, or influencer partnerships is preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital and offline marketing ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, project management, and coordination skills.
- Creative thinker with strong organisational and execution capabilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Passionate about fashion, youth culture, and brand storytelling.
- Familiarity with community management tools like Discord etc
