Job Description

Implementation of AM program and making sure that the all franchisee processes & infrastructure are as per policies Maintain retailer relations and ensure resolutions of conflicts if any.
Taking measures to ensure regular business from all retailers. Ensuring constant market touch with all channel like retailers, franchisees through physical /virtual platform, Appointment of retailers to enhance presence and penetration vis- -vis Mkt Potential, competition & Geographies. Monitor and tracking the competition activites , pricing dynamics etc , Planning & execution of BTL and other promotional activities that enhances brand visibility and awareness. Providing training to franchisee personnel, monitoring their targets and ensuring prompt corrective actions. Roll out of schemes to the retailer and its proper communication and implementation including ensuring correct reporting database.
