Job Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth through acquisition of new customers and retention of existing clients Develop and execute territory-specific sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed targets Conduct product presentations, demos, and promotional activities with clients and healthcare professionals Build and maintain strong business relationships with hospitals, doctors, distributors, and channel partners Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product positioning, campaigns, and feedback collection Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for strategic positioning Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and reporting (including expense and claim reports) Assist in planning and executing marketing events, CMEs, and product launches Provide input into pricing, product development, and market strategies Work closely with regional sales managers to ensure alignment with overall sales objectives Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), in Marketing or Healthcare Management preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for building client relationships Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Willingness to travel as per business needs Salary: ₹1,70,000 – ₹2,20,000 per annum (CTC) + Incentives (based on performance)
