Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for energetic and self-motivated freshers to join our sales team as Sales Executives. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong product knowledge, and the ability to close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective customers.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure smooth execution of orders and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
