We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products/services, identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.

Marketing Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline).
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and digital content.
Manage social media platforms and support brand visibility initiatives.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company’s brand.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Achievement of sales targets and growth objectives.
Number of new clients acquired.
Retention rate of existing clients.
Effectiveness of marketing campaigns (ROI, leads generated).
Brand awareness and customer engagement metrics.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
