Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our jewellery retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewellery, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build strong customer relationships. This role involves driving sales, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring customers have a memorable shopping experience. The position offers a competitive base salary along with an attractive commission on sales generated.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, providing personalized service and product recommendations.
• Demonstrate detailed knowledge of jewellery collections, materials, and trends.
• Assist customers in selecting jewellery that suits their style, occasion, and budget.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain proper billing records.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Maintain store presentation, stock displays, and inventory.
• Handle customer queries, after-sales support, and complaints professionally.
• Stay updated with current promotions, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales (jewellery, luxury retail, or fashion preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Passion for customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Goal-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
