Interior Site Engineer: Roles and Responsibilities: * Should be able to handle Residential interior projects Execution. * Must have knowledge in all kinds of modular fittings and accessories. * Must have knowledge in factory production and procedures. * Should be able to prepare/check the cutting lists of each modular unit before the factory production process. * Preparing the modular cutting list with any soft wares like optimizer would be an additional benefit. * Should be able to solve errors on site individually. * Approve and process execution, and to manage expenses and other miscellaneous financial transactions. * Overseeing the progress of all ongoing interior projects. * Must be able to schedule material deliveries on site as per the project timeline. * Regularly checking inventory and placing orders for interior materials. * Maintain reports and ensure accuracy of necessary documentation including time management and scheduling. * Should be able to maintain communication throughout the project till handover. * Should be able to coordinate with the Design team and the execution team, and to plan material deliveries on time at site. * Should be able to coordinate with the construction team in order to plan the electrical/plumbing at site as per interior standards. * Attending any on-site meetings or events. * Must maintain communication with the factory team in order to give regular updates for ongoing projects. * Ensuring all on-site workers adhere to the project timelines and modular fittings. * Implementing industry best practices and safety protocols. * Must be able to complete execution and deliver sites within the timelines without any snag. Budget Management: Develop and manage campaign budgets, allocating resources efficiently. Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth campaign execution. Execution & Content Content Creation: Produce engaging content for blogs, social media, emails, and websites. SEO/SEM: Optimize websites and content for search engines and manage paid search campaigns. Social Media: Manage a brand's social media presence and engage with the online community. Email Marketing: Design and distribute newsletters and email campaigns to engage customers. Website Optimization: Improve user experience and website traffic through various optimization techniques. Analysis & Optimization Performance Tracking: Monitor key marketing metrics and analyze digital data to assess campaign success. Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI for stakeholders. Data Analysis: Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations for improving campaigns. A/B Testing: Plan and execute experiments to measure and improve conversion rates. Collaboration & Management Team Coordination: Work with designers, developers, and other marketing professionals to create and execute campaigns.
