Sales Marketing Executive

As a Sales & Marketing Executive in the construction chemical sector, your role will involve developing the market, generating leads, building a dealer network, meeting application partners, and achieving sales targets through architects, builders, contractors, and waterproofing applicators. - Promote and sell a variety of construction chemical products such as Tile Adhesives, Waterproofing Systems, Epoxy Grouts, Surface Treatments, Admixtures, Micro Concrete, Repair Mortars, Bonding Agents, Floor Coatings, Sealants, etc. - Develop dealer/distributor channel and expand market coverage by conducting regular field visits to meet various stakeholders. - Generate new inquiries through market research, cold calls, field activities, and referrals. - Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and on-site training to provide technical solutions and recommend suitable products. - Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and convert leads into confirmed orders while monitoring competitor activities and market trends. - Support company participation in exhibitions, seminars, trade shows, and marketing campaigns. Qualifications Required: - Graduation / Diploma in Civil / BBA / MBA (preferred). - 13 years of experience in construction chemicals or building materials (preferred). - Strong understanding of construction site applications, waterproofing systems, epoxy & admixture usage. - Excellent communication & presentation skills, proficiency in MS Office and digital communication. - Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills with the ability to work independently and achieve aggressive sales targets. - Willingness to travel frequently for field visits.
