Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Identify potential customers through lead generation, cold calling, digital campaigns, and market research.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely deliveries and billing.
Represent the company at trade exhibitions, industry events, and client meetings.
Prepare periodic sales and marketing reports and present insights to management.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience in B2B sales and marketing in a manufacturing environment.
Working knowledge of TCS iON ERP (sales module, CRM, and inventory functions).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and travel as needed.
