Sales Manager(Vendor Outreach)

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Sales Manager to lead our efforts in identifying, onboarding, and nurturing vendor partnerships. This role is critical to expanding our network, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining strong vendor relationships that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential vendors across relevant categories .
• Develop and execute vendor acquisition strategies to meet business needs
• Conduct vendor evaluations, negotiations, and onboarding processes
• Maintain and update vendor databases and documentation
• Build long-term relationships with vendors to ensure reliability and quality
• Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, finance, operations) for seamless integration
• Monitor vendor performance and resolve issues proactively
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and regulatory standards
• Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and vendor meetings when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in vendor management, sourcing, or outreach roles
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency vendor management tools
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple vendor relationships simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Willingness to travel if required

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or manufacturing sectors.
• Familiarity with contract management and procurement software
• Multilingual communication skills.
