Your main duties will include: - Developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives - Identifying new business opportunities, defining target segments, and securing clients - Actively generating leads through various methods such as cold outreach, networking, and partnerships - Managing the sales process from initial contact to deal closure - Cultivating strong client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction - Meeting or surpassing sales targets while collaborating with marketing and product teams - Monitoring the market and competitors to adjust sales strategies accordingly - Tracking sales activities and performance metrics, and reporting progress to leadership To excel in this role, you should possess: - Previous experience as a hands-on sales manager or business development manager in the software services or technology industry - A successful track record of revenue generation and sales growth, preferably in a startup environment - The ability to work autonomously and drive sales activities from inception - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot - A deep understanding of the software services industry, including trends and challenges - Strategic thinking capabilities coupled with tactical execution skills - Self-motivation, results-driven mindset, and adaptability in a rapidly changing setting Preferred qualifications include experience in selling SaaS solutions or custom software development services, as well as familiarity with lead generation tools and sales automation software.
