We’re Hiring: Sales Manager / City Head – ParkSmart (Residential | Corporate | Valet)

🎯 Purpose of the Role


Residential, Corporate, or Valet


sales leadership, city P&L ownership, and stakeholder management

💼 Key Responsibilities


  • Drive new business acquisition across assigned verticals (Residential Societies, Corporate Campuses, Commercial Properties, Valet Locations).
  • Manage the full sales cycle - prospecting, pitching, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Own

    city-level P&L

    , ensuring revenue growth, cost efficiency, and timely collections.
  • Map the

    Total Addressable Market (TAM)

    and track competition to identify high-potential conversion opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, RWAs, facility heads, developers, and corporate stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal operations, tech, and deployment teams to ensure smooth onboarding and site launches.
  • Drive account retention and expansion through performance reviews, SLA adherence, and CSAT ownership.
  • Build and scale channel partnerships to accelerate city-wide adoption.
  • Maintain strong reporting discipline, pipeline visibility, and forecast accuracy.

🧠 Desired Candidate Profile


1. Experience

  • 3–6 years of experience in

    B2B sales, business development, or city-level operations

    .
  • Prior exposure to

    real estate, mobility, hospitality, facilities management, coworking, or infrastructure-led sales

    is preferred.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise or multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Experience in startups or high-growth environments is a strong advantage.
  • Exposure to city launches or multi-site rollouts is a plus.


2. Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong commercial judgment with the ability to balance growth and execution.
  • High ownership mindset and comfort operating independently.
  • Ability to perform in fast-paced, execution-heavy environments.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and reporting tools.
  • High energy, resilience, and bias toward action.
