Sales Manager/City Head – Gurgaon

With exponential revenue growth and city-level operations, we’re looking for a Sales Leader to drive our next phase of expansion in Gurgaon . 🔑 What You’ll Own: Lead end-to-end B2B sales for smart parking solutions across the Gurgaon region. Build, train, and manage a high-performing city sales team. Own revenue targets and site acquisition goals. Develop relationships with builders, RWA associations, mall owners, and municipal bodies. Create and execute growth strategies customized for local markets. Collaborate closely with Operations, Product, and Tech teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction. Report city-level performance metrics to the Founders. 👤 What We’re Looking For: 4–8 years of sales or business development experience (preferably B2B or institutional). Prior experience in real estate, mobility, SaaS, or IoT solutions is a plus. A strong network across Gurgaon’s residential, commercial, or government sectors is highly desirable. Hands-on attitude, field-ready, and hungry to build and lead. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Entrepreneurial mindset – you’ll operate like a city CEO. 🧭 Why ParkSmart?
