We’re Hiring: Sales Manager/ City Head – Valet Vertical (Bangalore) | ParkSmart 🚗

At ParkSmart, we’re transforming urban mobility by making parking seamless, smart, and scalable. We’re now looking for a Sales Manager – Valet Vertical to join our fast-growing team in Bangalore and drive growth in one of our most dynamic verticals.


🎯 Purpose of the Role:

To lead and drive business growth for ParkSmart’s Valet vertical by managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure while ensuring client satisfaction, operational continuity, and revenue maximization.


This role is critical in expanding property partnerships, optimizing site-level performance, and building strong client relationships across the city.


💼 Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business acquisition and onboard key clients within the assigned geography.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting, proposal creation, and negotiation to closure.
  • Own city-level P&L, ensuring revenue continuity, efficient cost management, and collection alignment.
  • Map the Total Addressable Market (TAM) and track competition to identify conversion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal operations and client partners to ensure smooth project rollouts.
  • Lead account retention and growth through performance reviews and satisfaction metrics (CSAT).
  • Drive channel expansion and partnerships across properties and high-footfall zones.
  • Maintain business visibility through regular reporting, pipeline tracking, and proactive communication.


🧠 Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience:

  • 3–5 years in B2B sales, business development, or retail operations, ideally in mobility, hospitality, or real estate sectors.
  • Proven experience in managing enterprise sales cycles and city-level operations.
  • Exposure to start-up or growth-stage environments preferred.
  • Prior experience in brand activations or city launches is a plus.


Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to operate autonomously in fast-moving environments.
  • Resilience under pressure and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • High energy, ownership mindset, and passion for growth.
