Job Description

Location: There are two positions, one in Mumbai and the other in Chennai. Salary: It is expected that within 24lac, but can be negotiated based on special situation. Job Responsibilities: Promote and sell XCMG construction machinery (excavators, loaders, cranes, etc.) in the Indian market. Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, contractors, and key clients. Achieve sales targets through market analysis and strategic planning. Handle quotations, negotiations, and after-sales support coordination. Participate in trade shows and industry events to expand brand presence. Requirements: 3+ years of sales experience in construction/heavy equipment; familiarity with the Indian market is a plus. Strong negotiation skills and client management abilities. Fluent in English (Hindi or Mandarin is an advantage). Willingness to travel and work under pressure. Benefits: Competitive salary + commission + bonuses. Travel allowances and insurance coverage.
