1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Support in the end-to-end recruitment process for all blue-collar positions in the Mumbai region in line with HO team.
• Source candidates through various channels, including local job portals, community networks.
• Conduct initial screening, interviews.
• Coordinate and execute the new hire onboarding process, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

2. Administration & Vendor Management

• Provide general HR and administrative support to the Mumbai regional team.
• Coordinate with the HR lead on vendor management activities, including communicating with external partners and service providers.
• Process vendor bills and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission for payment.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR files.

3. Payroll & Attendance Management

• Collaborate closely with the factory team to ensure accurate maintenance of attendance records and muster rolls.
• Collect and verify necessary statutory documents from employees for payroll processing.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll data by reconciling attendance, leave, and overtime information.
• Ensure all payroll-related activities are compliant with company policies and labor laws.
