Job Responsibilities: Promote and sell XCMG construction machinery (excavators, loaders, cranes, etc.) in the Indian market. Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, contractors, and key clients. Achieve sales targets through market analysis and strategic planning. Handle quotations, negotiations, and after-sales support coordination. Participate in trade shows and industry events to expand brand presence. Requirements: 3+ years of sales experience in construction/heavy equipment; familiarity with the Indian market is a plus. Strong negotiation skills and client management abilities. 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Support in the end-to-end recruitment process for all blue-collar positions in the Mumbai region in line with HO team. Source candidates through various channels, including local job portals, community networks. Conduct initial screening, interviews. Coordinate and execute the new hire onboarding process, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner. 2. Administration & Vendor Management Provide general HR and administrative support to the Mumbai regional team. Coordinate with the HR lead on vendor management activities, including communicating with external partners and service providers. Process vendor bills and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission for payment. Maintain and update employee records and HR files. 3. Payroll & Attendance Management Collaborate closely with the factory team to ensure accurate maintenance of attendance records and muster rolls. Collect and verify necessary statutory documents from employees for payroll processing. Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll data by reconciling attendance, leave, and overtime information. Ensure all payroll-related activities are compliant with company policies and labor laws.
