Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Business Development:
  • Proactively identify and target new business opportunities for PEB solutions by meeting with architects, engineers, contractors, and developers.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to generate new leads and business relationships.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and projects.
  • Client & Architect Engagement:
  • Regularly visit potential clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand their project requirements and propose tailored PEB solutions.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key architects and decision-makers in the construction industry to promote Willus Infrastructure's products and services.
  • Provide technical assistance and project consultations to architects and engineers as needed.
  • Order Acquisition & Negotiation:
  • Take the lead in securing orders for PEB projects by preparing and submitting competitive quotations, conducting negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure that project requirements are understood and that the solutions offered align with client expectations.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads and ongoing projects to push towards successful order closures.
  • Sales Presentations & Proposals:
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to architects, developers, and clients, showcasing the advantages of PEB solutions offered by Willus Infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to tailor proposals and quotations based on the client’s needs and project specifications.
  • Project Specifications & Customization:
  • Work closely with clients to understand specific project requirements and customize PEB solutions to fit those needs.
  • Support architects and clients with product specifications, project drawings, and other technical details as part of the sales process.
  • Market Analysis & Competitor Intelligence:
  • Keep a pulse on the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to refine sales strategies and identify emerging business opportunities.
  • Provide insights to the management team about market conditions, customer preferences, and competitive advantages.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and client loyalty.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
  • Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking:
  • Track and report on sales performance, lead generation, and order conversion metrics.
  • Provide regular updates to the management team regarding sales progress, opportunities, and challenges in the field.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in sales or business development in the PEB, construction, or infrastructure sectors. Strong experience in field sales and client engagement is required.
  • Skills:
  • Proven track record of field sales and order acquisition in the construction or PEB industry.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with architects, engineers, contractors, and developers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand complex client needs and translate them into tailored PEB solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
  • Good understanding of the PEB design and construction process.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
