Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Business Development : Proactively identify and target new business opportunities for PEB solutions by meeting with architects, engineers, contractors, and developers. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to generate new leads and business relationships. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and projects. Client & Architect Engagement : Regularly visit potential clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand their project requirements and propose tailored PEB solutions. Establish and nurture relationships with key architects and decision-makers in the construction industry to promote Willus Infrastructure's products and services. Provide technical assistance and project consultations to architects and engineers as needed. Order Acquisition & Negotiation : Take the lead in securing orders for PEB projects by preparing and submitting competitive quotations, conducting negotiations, and closing deals. Work closely with the technical team to ensure that project requirements are understood and that the solutions offered align with client expectations. Ensure timely follow-up on leads and ongoing projects to push towards successful order closures.
