Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee the entire sales process, establish relationships with both buyers and suppliers, and identify potential business opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing negotiations, developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining transparent communications, and supporting the coordination of trade and documentation processes. The role requires a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in sales strategies, high-value negotiations, and business development
• Knowledge of international trade processes and documentation, including SPA/IMFPA/NCNDA handling
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills
• Ability to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
• Skills in coordination, organization, and executing deals efficiently
• Experience working in the commodities or energy sector is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
