Key Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy and Planning 

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational goals. 

• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks. 

• Create and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics. 

• Set clear objectives, monitor progress, and provide insights of the market and trend in a particular region. 

• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture. Customer Relationship Management • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. 

• Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding and meeting their needs and resolving issues promptly. 

• Represent the company in high-level client meetings, negotiations, and industry events. Revenue Growth 

• Drive the achievement of revenue and profitability targets. 

• Identify and secure new business opportunities and markets. 

• Develop and execute plans to upsell and cross-sell to existing clients. Collaboration and Reporting 

• Collaborate with product development and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met. 

• Report on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities to the leadership team.


Key Requirements:

Qualifications

•Bachelor/ Masters degree.

Experience

• Minimum of 5-10/ 10+ years of experience in sales in the AV Industry/ relevant fields

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. 

• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software.
