Presales Manager/ Presales Senior Manager

As a Presales Manager/Senior Presales Manager at Silver Track Systems & Services Pvt. Ltd, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with clients and the sales team to understand customer requirements and deliver professional ICT solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Qualifying leads and working closely with clients and the sales team to assess their needs. - Developing sales pitches and providing product knowledge to both the sales team and clients. - Conducting requirement analysis and delivering technical presentations. - Coordinating with the design team to create solution designs, BOQs, system schematics, and technical documentation. - Assisting in preparing responses to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders with detailed solution inputs. - Presenting solutions to clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders with clarity and confidence. - Collaborating with OEMs and internal technical teams to validate solution architecture and ensure product compatibility. - Keeping abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in AV, UC, IoT, and integration standards. - Providing technical support during demos, POCs, and early implementation phases. - Participating in client meetings, webinars, trade shows, and industry events as a solution expert. The ideal candidate for this role should possess: - A Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, or a related field. - Proven experience in presales, solution engineering, or system design in the AV industry. - Strong knowledge of AV systems, including video conferencing, display technologies, audio systems, control systems, and networking concepts related to AV over IP. - Familiarity with AV standards such as HDBaseT, Dante, AES67, and PoE. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Strong documentation and proposal writing skills. - Certifications from AVIXA (CTS preferred), Crestron, Extron, or similar OEMs are considered an added advantage.,
