Position: Business Development Manager – ICT Solutions (Cloud / Data Centre / Cybersecurity / AWS)

Location: Jaipur (Mansarovar)

Experience Required: 5–10 years in ICT / Infra / Cloud / Cybersecurity sales

Reports To: Director – Sales & Business Development

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Data Centre, Cybersecurity, and ICT solutions sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, managing client relationships, and supporting revenue growth for enterprise customers in India region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for ICT solutions including Cloud, AWS, Data Centre, Cybersecurity, and Managed IT Services.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with pre-sales & technical teams to design customer solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle – prospecting, lead qualification, proposal, negotiation, closure, and account management.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, and decision-makers.
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs with customized solution proposals.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecast, pipeline, and customer records in CRM.
  • Stay updated with latest cloud, security, and ICT trends, including compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and technology conferences.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) with 5+ years in ICT/Infra/Cloud Sales.
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise deals in cloud, cybersecurity, or data centre solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP, cybersecurity solutions, and ICT infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in handling Middle East clients (added advantage).
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales methodologies (Solution Selling / Consultative Selling).
