Role Overview

Sales Manager

and drive growth across Gujarat and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity.
  • Lead client meetings with CIOs, CTOs, and IT decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of enterprise accounts.
  • Work with presales and technical teams to design solutions and prepare proposals/BOQs.
  • Own the full sales cycle: outreach → meeting → proposal → negotiation → closure.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Provide market intelligence on competitor activities and customer trends.
  • Represent Vinay Enterprises at industry events and networking forums.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (MBA in Marketing/IT preferred).
  • 5–8 years of proven B2B sales experience

    in IT infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity.
  • Strong track record of meeting/exceeding quotas with enterprise clients.
  • Familiarity with OEMs like

    Fortinet, Sophos, HPE Aruba, Cisco, Juniper, CommScope, Molex

    preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in

    English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

  • Ability to travel frequently within Gujarat and Western India.
