Sales Manager

About the Role

Adynamic and result-oriented Sales – Product Manager to drive product growth, develop sales strategies, and ensure seamless product positioning in the Mizoram market. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sales, product promotion, channel management, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand product features, competitive landscape, and market positioning.
• Track product performance and recommend improvements based on market feedback.
• Identify potential clients and market opportunities in Mizoram.
• Drive sales targets by building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
• Conduct regular market visits to gather insights, track competitor activities, and assess product visibility.
• Implement local sales strategies to increase market penetration and revenue.
• Support channel partners with product training, sales tools, and after-sales assistance.
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, operations, marketing) to ensure smooth product availability and delivery.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and product performance dashboards.
• Provide insights for forecasting, pricing, and promotional planning.
• Maintain updated documentation of sales activities and product updates.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in product management, sales, or related roles (preferably FMCG, Medical field).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good analytical abilities with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work independently, travel within Mizoram, and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of the local market and regional languages is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,793.18 - ₹350,963.99 per year
