About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in property sales, client relationship management, and team leadership, with a passion for achieving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage and mentor the sales team to ensure consistent performance.
• Generate and nurture leads through networking, references, and digital platforms.
• Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
• Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support business objectives.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and close deals successfully.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and team-driven approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
