Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager position based in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategies, building and managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and overseeing the sales team's performance. This role involves market analysis, developing and implementing effective sales plans, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Additionally, the Sales Manager will work closely with clients to provide excellent service while ensuring optimal outcomes for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in sales management, business development, and client relationship building
Strong skills in market analysis, negotiation, and strategic planning
Proficient in communication, leadership, and presentation
Capability to mentor and monitor the performance of sales teams
Knowledge of real estate, including property sales, customer engagement, and market trends, is highly desirable
Prior experience in real estate is an advantage but not mandatory
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is beneficial
