Sales Manager

A Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by securing new clients, managing existing accounts, and developing sales strategies within the logistics industry, while also ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Participate in bidding and pricing proposals.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Manage the sales pipeline and update CRM systems.
• Client Management:
• Regularly visit existing accounts to validate service levels and identify new revenue streams.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Ensure timely billing and collection from customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, customer service) to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Sales Team Leadership (if applicable):
• Lead, motivate, and coach sales team members.
• Set individual and team sales targets.
• Provide ongoing training and development to the sales team.
• Track sales performance and provide regular reports.
• Logistics Knowledge:
• Possess a strong understanding of the logistics industry, including freight forwarding, transportation, and supply chain management.
