As a Branch Manager at our company, your main focus will be to improve the operation of Branch BHIWADI. You will be responsible for directing the activities of the staff at the Branch office, specifically in relation to transportation operations. This includes overseeing loading, unloading, dispatching, and tracking transportation vehicles to ensure timely and error-free delivery. Your role will also involve managing the proper storage, preservation, and dispatch of materials according to the schedule provided by the customer on a F.I.F.O. basis. Additionally, you will be expected to develop and implement cost reduction strategies and improvements in the systems of the branch. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate the team to deliver services to customers in line with their satisfaction and the contracts signed with them. Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve this goal. - Gather feedback from customers regarding any deficiencies in our services, investigate these issues promptly, and resolve customer complaints without delay. - Ensure that all staff members comply with company norms, rules, and regulations, with strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 years of experience in the Logistic/Transportation field. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email drafting is essential. - Previous experience in transportation management for at least 8 years is required.
