As the Branch Incharge of Courier Operations at Professional Couriers Network Limited, your role will be crucial in managing all day-to-day branch courier operations in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery and pickup of consignments, supervising scanning and sorting processes, and overseeing the route allocation for incoming and outgoing parcels. Your attention to detail is vital in ensuring the proper handling of sensitive, high-value, or priority shipments. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all day-to-day branch courier operations, including parcel receipt, dispatch, and tracking - Ensure timely delivery and pickup of consignments within assigned areas - Supervise scanning, sorting, and route allocation for incoming/outgoing parcels - Ensure proper handling of sensitive, high-value, or priority shipments Team Handling: - Supervise delivery boys, loaders, and branch staff - Assign daily tasks and monitor the performance of the delivery team - Train new staff on courier processes, safety protocols, and customer handling - Maintain discipline and punctuality within the team Reporting & Documentation: - Maintain accurate records of deliveries, returns, and pending shipments - Prepare and share daily MIS reports with the head office/area manager - Ensure proper documentation of all incoming/outgoing consignments Customer Coordination: - Handle customer queries and complaints related to delayed, misplaced, or damaged shipments - Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality - Coordinate with customer service and operations teams for smooth workflow Branch Compliance & Management: - Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards - Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and security of the branch premises - Conduct daily checks and audits of courier logs, equipment, and staff performance Qualifications Required: - Mandatory minimum 2 years" experience in the courier industry - Age below 40 years - Gender: Male (required for shift flexibility and field coordination) Skills Required: - Strong knowledge of local Noida routes and pin codes - Team leadership and coordination skills - Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, courier tracking software) - Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus) In this full-time role, you will be offered benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, paid time off, and will work in day shifts at the Noida branch of Professional Couriers Network Limited.,
