Job Description

StudyLinks International, a leading overseas education consultancy, is looking for an experienced and energetic Branch In-Charge ( male ) to lead our Kozhikode branch. The ideal candidate will manage branch operations, guide the counseling team, and ensure consistent growth through quality student support.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise day-to-day branch operations
Lead, motivate, and support the counseling and administrative teams
Ensure monthly admission and revenue targets are achieved
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and university partners
Conduct training sessions, performance reviews, and quality checks
Coordinate local marketing and promotional activities to grow the branch

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher (education-related field preferred)
2–3 years of experience in the education or study abroad sector
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Problem-solving ability and customer-handling experience
Preferred male candidate
Must have proven experience in the education/study abroad field
Target-driven, energetic, and proactive in activity planning
