Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Student Counsellor to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the MBBS admission process abroad, including university selection, documentation, and visa assistance. Key Responsibilities: Provide personalized counselling to students and parents for MBBS study abroad programs. Assist in university and course selection based on student profiles. Manage application submissions, documentation, and follow-up with students. Offer visa guidance, documentation help, and interview preparation. Maintain detailed records of counselling sessions and lead interactions. Achieve monthly enrolment and conversion targets. Stay updated with the latest information on international universities and visa policies. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in study abroad/MBBS counselling. Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline. Proficiency in English and Malayalam (spoken and written). Sound knowledge of MBBS admission processes and visa documentation. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
