Key Responsibilities Outbound Calling Call students from the provided database to inform them about our overseas education services. Engage in meaningful conversations to understand students interests, needs, and aspirations for studying abroad. Service Explanation Clearly communicate the benefits of our services, admission guidance, visa assistance Handle initial questions and objections professionally and empathetically. First-Level Counselling Provide basic guidance to students about studying abroad, including university options, country preferences, and application timelines. Build trust and credibility with prospective students during conversations. Lead Conversion Schedule virtual or in-person counselling sessions with the company owner. Ensure that follow-up calls are made to confirm appointments and address any doubts before the session. CRM & Database Maintenance Maintain accurate and detailed records of student interactions and feedback in the CRM (Lead Squared). Submit daily and weekly reports on calls made, leads converted, and counselling sessions scheduled. Collaboration Coordinate with the counselling team to ensure seamless follow-up on leads. Work closely with the management to refine calling scripts and strategies. Candidate Requirements Minimum 2 years experience in a Study Abroad or EdTech company. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional local languages are a plus). Confident, proactive, empathetic, and persuasive.
