Senior Account Manager

Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact for client accounts, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, collaborating with internal teams for project execution, analyzing market trends for service improvements, presenting account plans to clients and stakeholders, negotiating contracts, resolving client issues, tracking key account metrics, and mentoring junior account managers. The ideal candidate for this role must be proficient in Hindi, hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred), possess over 10 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development (preferably in the courier industry), demonstrate strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills, exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, have proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, and be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
