As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for overseeing operational activities, compliance, system implementation, people management, MIS & reporting, business development, and customer coordination within the East Zone. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing operations across all depots in the East Zone to ensure 100% stock accuracy and timely processes - Overseeing last-mile delivery, reverse logistics, and documentation compliance within TAT - Ensuring statutory compliances are met and leading audits related to QMS and SHE - Implementing, monitoring, and improving WMS and TMS processes - Leading, training, and evaluating depot staff to foster a performance-oriented culture - Reviewing MIS reports, identifying anomalies, and taking corrective actions - Generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with clients - Acting as a point of contact for key customers and ensuring smooth communication and service delivery Desired Skills: - Strong leadership and team management capabilities - Proficiency in supply chain systems (WMS, TMS) - Excellent communication and stakeholder management - Analytical skills for data interpretation and process improvement - Ability to handle audits and compliance independently In addition to the responsibilities, the company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund.
