Job Title: Executive – Asset Management (Electrical) Location: Sheoraphuli, Hooghly Department: Administration Reports To: Manager – Maintenance / Asset Management Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – Facility Management with an electrical background to oversee, maintain, and optimize all electrical assets and equipment in our warehouse. The role involves tracking asset performance, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supporting preventive and predictive maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of all warehouse electrical assets including forklifts, conveyors, lighting, HVAC systems, and switchgear. Monitor asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal; support in asset tagging, audits, and performance tracking. Coordinate with the maintenance team to schedule and track preventive and corrective maintenance. Assist in energy monitoring and suggest improvements for electrical efficiency in warehouse operations. Ensure all electrical assets comply with safety and regulatory standards. Support procurement by providing technical input for new asset acquisition. Maintain documentation, including manuals, warranties, service records, and calibration logs. Participate in warehouse audits and provide data on asset conditions and utilization. Collaborate with internal teams for layout planning related to electrical installations or upgrades. Identify opportunities for asset optimization and cost savings. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in asset management or maintenance within a warehouse or industrial environment. Good understanding of electrical systems, warehouse equipment, and safety standards. Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Preferred: Experience with energy management systems or sustainability initiatives. Knowledge of warehouse automation systems.
